    We at Hair Story are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair.  All of our orders are meticulously inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.  Hair exchanges are allowed only if there is a manufacturer error or due to defective materials. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us at contactus@officialhairstory.com immediately. If your item is determined defective, we will allow an exchange within two (2) days of receiving your order. We will not permit an exchange if the item has any signs of being altered. The product must be sent back in the original condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, altered in any way(Original ties must remain intact as it was received by the customer).
